After Our Geriatric Assessment, What happens next?

Getting Started A Good Daughter Elder Care Management has built a reputation for providing quality and comprehensive assessments and plans of care for your loved one. Our 2 person team consisting of a nurse and professional care manager will complete a comprehensive geriatric assessment consisting of their Medical, Mental, Social, Legal, Financial, and Environmental (or safety) status. We will then provide your family a very detailed plan of care, outlining exact recommendations for providing a safe environment yet maximizing your loved one’s need for independence.

After carefully reviewing our Total Plan of Care, we would be available for implementing the services outlined as necessary.
