Marcie Cooper Care Management Joins SeniorBridge

Senior Bridge has acquired Marcie Cooper Care Management, a well-established care management company headquartered in Bergen County, New Jersey. This makes SeniorBridge one of the largest providers of in-home chronic health care in the state.
Marcie Cooper Care Management was founded in 2005 by Marcie Cooper and is recognized for providing reliable, high quality services to the Bergen County area. Ms. Cooper, MSW, LCSW, is a professional geriatric care manager and educator with more than 30 years of experience, and is currently the President of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM). She is an instructor at Rutgers University in the gerontology advanced certification program, and a consultant for the Institute for Geriatric Social Work at Boston University. Marcie and her dedicated staff are focused on meeting the complex needs of clients and families, said Eric Rackow, MD, President and Chief Executive Officer of SeniorBridge.
